7 Delicious Things I’ve Eaten Recently
I’ve been on a mission to eat better lately. After a month of feeling so run down and sick from eating whatever I could manage that was quick and easy. It was a bit of a struggle to feel that way and it let my brain get the best of me - which was not great for my mental health. Even though making these meals, especially during the day, has felt stressful and time-consuming, after a month of sticking to my goal, I feel so much better. It’s completely worth it. I’ve eaten more meals than just this including other parfaits, breakfast foods, salads, and even muffins - but these were just some that came to mind.
I’m still technically on a roll with my health, clean-ish, more plant-based diet which makes me happy and I feel fuller, less tired, and more like myself. I just have a weakness for Easter Sweet-Tarts, okay?
