Recipe Roundup: Grazing Tables

Ah, the grazing table. I know everyone is talking about the last trend of the “girls lunch” or whatever it’s called, but I, for one, am obsessed with the idea of a grazing table. It’s not even a new concept really and they have just kinda taken the wedding world by storm. Of course, as someone who isn’t getting married, the grazing table is really just, as I’ve seen it described, the “Disneyland of Charcuterie boards.” A grazing table is a large assortment of snacks that are usually found at social gatherings and special events. The whole name kinda gives away the purpose….to graze throughout the party on snacks. They are (usually) heavily curated and yummy.

So what is typically on a grazing table? Cheese, crackers, bread, spreads, and the whole nine yards. But really a grazing table should be more favorable than it is fashionable. Sure it can look good, but it really needs to taste good and be something that your guests keep returning to. Honestly, it’s all about what your guests want to eat, and by the looks of the grazing tables I found, even pizza is an option! This isn’t a typical Recipe Roundup as there really are no recipes for grazing tables. It’s more about vibes, so keep strolling to just feast with your eyes and get inspired for your next event.
