MIX NO. 43 // 12.3.30
This might be one of the most niche playlists I’ve made, but it doesn’t have to be. So first off, 12.3.30 is a fitness trend I’ve seen all over TikTok, and decided to try it for myself. Basically, you incline a treadmill (or I’ve seen people hike instead) on a speed of 3 for 30 minutes. Simple as that. Of course, inclining a treadmill isn’t a new concept and actually is pretty beneficial to getting a good workout in (and making it less boring). The reason I tried it was obviously seeing the results in others (never compare yourself!) and needing to change things up.
Fitness and the gym are individual choices and everyone is different. Eventually, things get stagnant, your body acclimates, and you don’t get the results you desire. It happens to everyone and it happened to me which is why 12.3.30 has become so great. Although it is only a matter of time before I have to switch up the speeds or add intervals or something. But for now, I’m enjoying my indoor hikes. So this playlist runs roughly 45 minutes which includes time for a warm-up or cool down. The playlist is good even if you’re just trying to work out in general so enjoy it with whatever your favorite workout is right now.
