MIX NO. 61 // SPRING FORWARD

With Daylight Savings happening just yesterday, I thought it would be a good idea to make a high-energy mix to help us all “spring forward.” Okay, maybe being from Arizona I don’t exactly have to “spring forward” or even “fall back” at any point during the year, but I do get to appreciate some highs and lows. First off, the sun being up earlier and out longer can be a real blessing. No more frigid mornings or tired eyes at 4 pm. Of course, the time change does have a health effect and today I feel like the most tired human ever. Maybe it’s the warmer temperatures that have gone from 0 to 100 essentially overnight, but I do have the utmost respect for ANYONE who really has to go through a time change. I can’t imagine what today feels like, ha.

That said, time change or not, we can all use a good pump up and that is what this mix is for. A spring forward. A high energy mix for brighter days and warmer temperatures to get us all in the mood for the months to come.
