Well, it’s Valentine’s Day, and if you’re lucky enough to have a Valentine I hope you cherish it. I don’t and I probably never will, but that’s all I have to say on that subject. Sometimes it makes you really long for the days where everyone in the class had to get a Valentine fair and square. At least then, even forced, you felt liked for even a second. Of course, it means more to some people than others, but still, sometimes it would be nice to just mean something. The last few years have been pretty rough, and sometimes I just wish I did things differently.
Anyway, that’s where my head is at today. The Sunday Scaries are right around the corner and I can sense them creeping in which makes matters worse. If I was a smart girl, I’d just check out tomorrow and take a mental day all for myself.
