Recipe Roundup: Loaded Fries
I’ll be honest, I love a good french fry. No shame in my game, and I know I’m not the only one. Sometimes I feel like Harlan from Best in Show naming nuts except I can name different types of fries. This Recipe Roundup comes courtesy of my Instagram feed. An entirely random post with a recipe for Loaded Fries just graced me with its presence a couple of weeks ago and it got me thinking, “Is that a thing?”
No one is happier and yet still more surprised than me. Have I been tempted to order Carne Asada Fries at the Mexican spot around the corner, sure, but did I ever think of tossing a whole bunch of stuff on fries as a meal? No. Okay, maybe that is a bit of a fib. Either way because Loaded Fries sound f*cking awesome, I went and rounded up a whole bunch of incredible-looking fries that are worth destroying the kitchen for.
