To be quite honest, I am not sure how many volumes of yacht rock I am on now. It has been a summer mainstay playlist for a bit now. With good reason, yacht rock is pretty darn chill. This year’s mix is a combination of classics and more modern choices that just fit the vibe. What vibe is that? The relaxing, enjoying a cocktail and enjoying the water. If you’re lucky enough to have a boat that is. If you’re not, like me, just enjoying a nice sunset cocktail or a pool fits just nicely.
