A selection of things that have caught my attention recently.

Sometimes the internet, social media, and our addiction to our phones get to be too much. Here are three ways to improve our relationship with tech for the sake of our mental health.

This weekend I have a little fall break and I use that term loosely. While I have a "break" I'm not much of a break person. I just find something to do or get ahead with so I'm not stressed later. Unfortunately I'll likely be cleaning or organizing, but hopefully I'll get to make some yummy food (or some sea salt chocolate chip cookies at least). As usual here are some really interesting and, hopefully, fun things from around the Internet. Sorry it's a little design centric this time, but those were definitely some interesting reads over the last week or so.
