I always feel like I start these posts being shocked that a new month is here. Time just seems to fly by sometimes quicker than other times - especially as an adult. May has been a bit weird. I celebrated my first birthday without my dad and honestly I really wasn’t sure how it would be. I am thankful for my friends and family helping to make it easier. I put a lot more emphasis on myself and taking care of things I need to rather than scurrying along.
