Summer Color Trend: White

There's an old saying we've heard all our lives "no white after Labor Day." Whether that's a true fashion rule or not remains to be seen, but what I do know is beginning now we have three months to add all the white to are wardrobes we want. I think that rule applies to shoes mostly if I'm not mistaken? Who knows.

Living in the desert, white becomes an essential color of my wardrobe because it doesn't absorb as much of the suns rays as darker colors. Anything to keep cooler is truly my summer motto. Not only is it cooler, but it's refreshing on the eyes. It radiates in the sun, shows off healthy tans, and there are so many beautiful pieces begging to be a part of anyone's closet this season. One thing I'm not looking forward to is the 115 degree day coming this weekend, but at least my new camisole top will come in handy.
