An Ode to the Trendiest Little Hair Accesory
There is no doubt you’ve seen barrettes nearly everywhere from runways of fashion month to Instagram. Barrettes remind me of being my early teen years. I’m talking the height of the butterfly clip years. Naturally I was apprehensive at first, but the more I see it the more it grows on me. I love how they they make any hair style look stylish and interesting. Whether it’s just clipping hair back or an accent to a messy bun, they are pretty handy and useful.
They don’t have to be fancy and can even be the simplest snap clips. You know the ones we had thousands of as a kid. I’m loving the ones with words right now.
