1 Item, 3 Ways: The Graphic Tee
I’ve always loved a good graphic tee. I believe it all began with my neon Dylan McKay tee in the very early 90s. A too cool for school fashion moment complete with pink neon skirt and pink wayfarers. Possibly one of my favorite childhood photos ever. But my collection really took off when I was in high school and then my closet just started to overflow. I probably own more graphic tees than I own other items of closing. Maybe second only to silk camisoles. Of course, it’s really easy to accumulate graphic tees when you attend a lot of concerts, find a really good vintage tee, or just see one you can’t resist.
That’s the thing when it comes to graphic tees: they have a lot of personality. They are comfortable and versatile. I can wear them with jeans, skirts, shorts, and even to bed. They instantly make you feel cooler. They express your personality and let people know what you’re all about (well, one thing you’re about anyway). You really just can’t go wrong with a graphic tee.
