Let's Get Spooky: Chic Halloween Decor
Halloween time is the best time. There is a cool crisp to the air, everything is pumpkin spice flavored, and things can get a little spooky. When I was a kid, Halloween was always a big deal in our house. I remember we had these oh so ’90s felt paper pumpkins and cats my sister and I used to hang up all over the place. Along with those window clings of scarecrows and other adorable things. Sometimes I wish we still had those felt pumpkins but over time they tore and had tape in all over them. I digress, as an adult, I still try to get festive just in a more chic fashion.
More candles and skulls in assorted places rather than window clings. Although, there are some cool bloody window clings if you’re into that kinda thing. I like to mix things up with traditional Halloween colors like black and orange by mixing in other colors like purple, white, and gold. It makes the decor pop more by adding a little creepy to my existing stuff. Of course, when it comes to entertaining and having parties, it’s time to get even more spooky.
There is a fine line between chic and just Halloween overload. So I went in search of room and entertaining inspo (aka how I would love for my apartment to look!) plus a whole bunch of Nicole Approved Halloween Decor.
