It's Okay to Be Lazy, Right?

Lately I've been feeling really down. I'm not sure if it's entirely stress related or just one of those funks I just can't get out of. I've been sick (who gets a cold during the summer?), and dealing with some other really difficult stuff. I keep trying to find ways to make things better and just end up feeling like I'm failing. I can just never get it right or it's just never enough. One of the biggest pieces of advice people love to say when you're feeling down is to just "get up and get moving." You know take a shower and get dressed for the day. Make yourself feel the best you can even when you feel your worst. I'm sure that's sound advice except when one of your biggest issues is self-esteem related. Sadly no matter how together I make myself look it won't always boost my self esteem.

So what happens when you just can't manage it? Enter the Lazy Days wardrobe. It's not exactly the I've completely given up on life special since they are acceptable to wear in public if need me. Sometimes you just need to go buy junk and Rosé at the store, right? These are my favorite things to wear when I'm just lazy and not looking forward to putting effort into choosing an outfit. Even when I'm not down they are perfect for lounging around my house in a messy bun with. Those super great afternoons spending time by myself watching an incredibly dumb Ancient Aliens marathon while stewing over nonsense I can't control.

And it's way better than whatever overpriced Vetements garbage is "popular" now
